HTX.ca - the Health Technology Exchange (HTX), supports and accelerates
the growth of the dynamic Medical and Assistive Technology (MAT) sector
in Ontario, and nationally. HTX provides Funding, Knowledge Brokering,
and Linkages to facilitate Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs)
collaboration with public research institutions for development and
commercialization of innovative MAT products. Supported by the Ministry
of Research and Innovation, HTX's unique programs assist SMEs with applied
research, development, product validation, clinical expertise, technology
assessment, procurement, intellectual property, prototyping and industrial
design. In doing so, HTX programs add value all the way from "Invention
to Innovation to International Invoice."
